It’s been a packed couple of weeks at Base Solutions. The entire team has been working hard across the UK and beyond, delivering audits, inspections, training and system improvements that make a difference to our clients’ operations.
Here’s a quick look at what we’ve been up to:
ISO Audits & System Implementation
ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 Audits
We recently conducted integrated audits for a charitable organisation and a transport and warehousing company, helping them meet their quality and health and safety management goals.
ISO 14001 System for Multi-National Client
Our consultants are working closely with a long-term client to roll out an Environmental Management System across their sites in Malta and Sweden, building on the framework we helped implement at their London office.

Nationwide Inspections
We’ve carried out inspections across Barking, Westminster, Hertfordshire, Berkshire, Wales, Somerset and Kent. Alongside compliance checks, we share tailored advice and highlight quick wins that boost safety and efficiency. Our team focuses not only on identifying non-conformities but also on recommending cost-effective, practical improvements, even where clients are already meeting minimum standards. We're always aiming to move from good to best practice.
IOSH Training Delivery
Our accredited trainers delivered another round of IOSH Managing Safely in Kent. With over 10 years as a licensed provider, we continuously evolve our training by integrating industry-specific insights from real-world client work.
Incident Support
Following a workplace incident in Hammersmith, we conducted a detailed accident investigation and supported our client with improvement recommendations to prevent recurrence.
MyBase App – Feature Improvements
Behind the scenes, we’ve also been busy enhancing our MyBase App. Recent updates include:
Documents: Improved access control and search functionality
Templates: Easier setup and editing for RAMS and method statements
Projects: Better visibility of project status and associated documentation
Registers: More intuitive user interface and linked data tracking
These upgrades were based on client feedback and real user behaviour, helping our clients manage compliance, documents and risk assessments more efficiently.
